• Location Data: We request access to your device's precise location (GPS) to enable visit check-ins, route tracking, and location-verified transactions. This data is only collected while the app is in use.
• Camera and Photos: We request access to your device's camera to capture photos for visits, outlets, POSM setups, and inventory verification.
• Microphone and Audio: We request access to your microphone to allow voice recording features during sales visits and notes.
• Device Storage: We access local storage to save temporary database records, cache offline maps, and store captured images locally before syncing them to our secure servers.

2. Data Security

We value your trust in providing us your information, and we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. All data is transmitted securely via HTTPS and stored on protected cloud database systems.
